If you're in NYC check out minimalist heaven at Mansur Gavriel Pop Up Shop/ Installation. I had the pleasure of seeing Malibu barbie's dream house-like interior for myself and it definitely is more beautiful than the images can convey. Upon entering you are greeted by 3 individuals who are dressed in long white gowns (similar to the ones you wear when are you getting baptized) offering you a tour of the spacious studio. You began the journey,mapped out for you,and as you are walking you're surrounded by mirrors and flowers (and handbags of course). Prices of the leather goods range from $120-$600 and once you buy the bag of your dreams you receive floral arrangement of your choice; compliments of the in-house flower shop. I may not have walked out with a purse and some flowers but it was a wonderful calming experience that I would recommend to anyone in the New York area or anyone in desperate need of peace and quiet.
